The following is in response to the plan review comments issued 3/01/2016. We have answered each plan review
comment, indicated the sheet numbers of the revised drawings, clouded and dated all revisions on the revised
drawings. Below please find our plan review comment responses in bold:
Comment: Please remove all references in note 7 on sheet A0.20 to owners own workforce performing work
only licensed contractors, registered on permit, may perform any work covered by this permit.
Response: Please see revised sheet A0.20, attached.
2. Comment: Please show new replacement storefront doors and frames, presently noted on the plans and door
schedule as re-use/existing. These were not designed to meet current wind load requirements.
Response: Plans have been revised to indicate new doors and frames. Please see revised sheets A2.10
and A2.11 and new structural sheet S-1. We have also attached a Signed and Sealed
Product Approval Affidavit and NOA for the proposed Door.
3. Comment:
Response:
Please provide a letter stating whether gas or a gas subcontractor will be needed for this project.
See attached letter dated 03/18/16 stating that Tropical Smoothie does not use gas for their
gwent. Neither gas nor a gas subcontractor will be required for this project.
