To whom it may concern:
Wieder Engineering, Inc was request to visit the job site on August 11, 2016 and I viewed
the installation of the structural components as shown on the structural drawings dated
January 11, 2016. As well as the steel stair shop drawings signed and sealed by the
specialty engineer. The installation was completed and in substantial compliance with the
construction documents and meet the requirements of the Florida Building Code 5th Edition
(2014). Please see attached letter from the specialty engineer regarding the stair
installation an welded connection inspections.

As required by the referenced Permit, Code 106 notation, I have
performed inspections of the structural steel welding and bolting
as found completed at the referenced Project site.
My inspection included structural steel members as shown on
approved Permit documents as listed below:
(1) - Wieder Engineering, Inc.; Drawing Sheets S-1 thru S-3;
Second Floor And Mezzanine Partial Plans; Structural
Sections and Details; Permit Set 03-18-13.
(2) - David E. Voss, P.E.; Consulting' Engineer; Drawing Sheet
ST-l; Stair Structural Plan; dated.25 April 2016.
My inspections included verification of steel beam and column
shapes, column baseplate and top joint assemblies, beam bolting
and connectors, shop and field weld types:and,;sizes, stair and
landing components, and scheduled fasteners to existing building
floor/wall structure.
Thus inspected, I hereby certifgy that structural construction
as defined by approved Permit documents as listed above has been
completed in substantial compliance with said Drawing Sheets.
Your review and approval of this report letter is hereby requested
and permittee Contractor is authorized by your Division to
continue with remaining construction.
