1. See COV page, Scope of Work;
2. Floor areas match with E-calcs;
3. See Al & A2 for corrected detail references;
4. CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR ALL WORK / VALUATION by others;
5. Apartment & Tenant 3 are the same live work unit with shared power & hot water;
6. See A2: Door requires no closer, so per Fig (b) 12" latch clearance not required;
7. See A2, heavy line & note for 48" high impervious wall behind service sink & restroom fixtures;
Electrical: (Not Resolved)
1. Plan review has requested each tenant space on separate permit applications.
For Tenant #3 electrical see A4;
For Main Services for -entire Building as requested, see attached 8.5"xl 1" page.
See each separate Tenant Permit application drawings for load calcs and circuit numbers, etc.
Plumbing:
1. See COV page, Scope of Work;
2. See A-1 for occupant load calc;
3. Scope of work has been divided into Tenant #3, here, plus Tenant #2 & # 1;
4. 2aa Floor Apartment is existing and there is no changes to the plumbing;
5. Drinking fountains & service sinks added;
