The applicant has two existing driveways, one is concrete, the other is unimproved. In order to be consistent with the land development code, the non -conforming unimproved driveway must be improved with either asphalt, concrete or brick pavers. Any culverts must be minimum 15" diameter and have mitered end sections at the ends. A driveway permit will be required to be submitted to the water quality division. As this is an existing driveway, the fee will be the $25 upgrade charge. The owner has the option to abandon the non -conforming driveway, in which case, these improvements would not be required.
