AMENDED SHORT FORM LEASE
This AMENDED SHORT FORM LEASE ("Amended Memorandum") is made this 2nd day of
August, 2013, between MARY JANE SPAIN AND GUY W. MITCHELL, 111, each on the behalf of
and as Co -Executors of the Estate of Frank K. Spain, Deceased (collectively, as "Owner") and
VERIZON WIRELESS PERSONAL COMMUNICATIONS LP, a Delaware limited partnership d/b/a

-- 2. Owner and Lessee entered into that certain First Amendment to Lease Agreement dated August 2,
2013 (the "Amendment') and the Parties desire to amend the Memorandum as more fully set
forth herein.
3. The current term of the Lease is set to expire on October 31, 2013. Thereafter, there are two (2)
additional 5-year extension periods remaining under the Lease. Pursuant to the Amendment, Owner
grants to Lessee three (3) additional, successive 5-year extension periods on the some terms as set
forth in the Base lease, so that as of the effective date of the Amendment, Lessee shall have five (5)
additional, successive 5-year extension periods remaining under the Lease following the expiration
of the current term.

4. Except as necessary to conform hereto, all of the terms and conditions of the Memorandum shall
remain in full form and effect, and shall extend to and be binding upon the respective executors,
administrators, heirs, successors and assigns of Owner and Lessee.
