Thank you for the opportunity to submit a roofing proposal for the above -mentioned project, we propose
to furnish all material, labor, supervision and equipment for roofing. After our recent on -site inspection,
we are pleased to present the following proposal for your review.
Re -roof of Drive thru•
1. .Remove existing roof system to cement deck and prime.
2. Hot mop one layer of/" high density board to cement.
4. Hot mop one ply Cert teed Flexdbase smooth modified by way of hot asphalt,
S. Install Ce;rtainteed FR170 white granulated bitumen as per manufactures specifications.
6. Cleat 3x3 metal to cement deck.
7. Five (5)year workmanship warrauty.
8. All work done in strict accordance with OSHA regulations and manufacturer specifications.
9. Job price includes all necessary permits, taxes, insurance, dump fees and environmental costs.

Standard Payments to be made as follows:
10% at time of signing, 40% when one-half completed, balance upon completion.
