Per our conversation, with reference to permit #1604-0297... There will be only one tenant at the given property and
that tenant has not been identified at this time. Landscaping will be provided within three feet around the signs area.

Please see the attached plan review comments which have been generated for your permit. As soon as we
receive the modified plans and any additional required documentation back from the design professional,
contractor or owner we will perform the additional reviews as necessary in order to complete the plan

forward either to the Fire Department or back to permitting for permit issuance.
