This shall confirm Landlord's review and approval of signage for T Bible Arrangements at Prima Vista Crossing.
This approval is contingent upon tenant and sign company getti .g approval from any governmental and quasi -
governmental agencies with jurisdiction.
This shall authorize Tenant as Owner, having leasehold interest, to obtain permitting and install signage at this
location. Tenant and sign company are responsible for pulling all permits and closing permits once sign is installed.
Open permits create property violations, compliance is mandatory.
Our office requjfes a copy of the sign permit and final inspections for our files.
