Thank you for the opportunity to submit a roofing proposal for the above-melltfoned project, we propose
to furnish all material, labor, supervision and equipment for roofing. Af%r our recent on -site inspection,
we are pleased to present the following proposal for your review.
I. Remove existing roof system to wood deck.
2. Tin tag one layer Certainteed Glass basesheet to South Florida Code Specifications.
3. Hot mop on ply Certainteed Flexibase 20 smooth modified by way of hot asphalt.
4. Install all new vents, lead stacks, flashing and 26 gauge cleated metal accordingly.
S. Install Certainteed FR170 white granulated bitumen as per manufactures specifications.
6. Five (5) year workmanship warranty. Twenty year NDL warranty by Certainteed.
7. All work done in strict accordance with OSHA regulations and manufacturer specif ications-

Investment
We propose to furnish all material, tabor; supervisor and equipment to complete the above7mentioned scope of
wort-, in amonee with all specifications for the sum of One hundred four thousand, four hundred eighty

Standard Payments to be made as follows:
10% at time of signing, 40% when one-half completed, balance upon completion.
