Co. (owner) please allow this letter to serve as a request of modification to the subject Environmental Resource Permit for the above referenced project. Please find enclosed the signed and sealed construction plans, application forms, and a check for the permit processing fee of $250.00. Project Description: The A-1 Roof Truss manufacturing facility is located at 4451 St. Lucie Boulevard, Section 31, Township 34 South, and Range 40 East in St. Lucie County. Construction of the existing surface water management system was originally authorized under SFWMD ERP 56-01518-P as issued in 2002. On March 4, 2003 the District determined the surface water management system was constructed in conformance with the permit. The permit was then modified in 2006 for construction of an 11,148 S.F. maintenance building. However, the proposed building was never constructed. The proposed activities include construction of an additional building, covered storage areas, a new parking lot, and minor changes to existing impervious surface. New drainage infrastructure will be installed along with regrading of existing swales to provide conveyance into the existing dry detention system. No changes to the dry detention pond or control structure are proposed. In addition to the proposed expansion the owner is providing a 20' ROW dedication to the county.
