Dear St. Lucie County Permit Applicant,
Please see the attached plan review comments which have been generated for your permit. As soon as we receive the
modified plans and any additional required documentation back from the design professional, contractor or owner we
will perform the additional reviews as necessary in order to complete the plan review process. Once the plans have
been signed, by all applicable plan reviewers, we will move the permit forward either to the Fire Department or back to
permitting for permit issuance.

Most of the comments are not understanding what is going. My drawings are obviously not communicating
clear enough.
We all need to be together to get this cleared up.
We can be there 7:30am Thursday if necessary to get Walter before he leaves if that helps.
For example:
There were 5 original tenants before remodel:
1. Car dealer
2. Office furniture
3. Car Quest
4. Flower Shop
5. Apartment
After remodel we have:
1. Car dealer
2. Mid -plaza
3. Cabinet Shop with Apartment
4. Office furniture
5. End -cap
There are 7 addresses 10981-10983-10985-10987-10993-10997-10999 but we only have and only will have 5 tenants.

Just got the comments for this and it appears we getting more confused with each submission.
We need to to meet, me, GC, Owner, Walter, Greg and you to straighten this out.
We are available anytime Thursday morning.
