Lydia,
It looks like a tree may be impacted where they are proposing to tie in to the existing ramp for the class room. To be on
the safe side I would ask that they submit one and we will turn it around quickly.

We have a permit in for a fence for Grace Emmanuel at 707 Kitterman Rd. The fence is going in front of the class room
buildings and in between the buildings. See attached plan. Do they need anything from your department?
