The Arc of St. Luc' -6607 Deleon Ave
Joe,
GGO71 am working on a new project for The Arc of St. Lucie at one of there properties located at69@foDe eon Ave. Currently
this is a three bedroom two bathroom home housing six residents. The project scope of work will be to convert an existing
385 square foot garage into one bedroom and a laundry room, enclosing an existing 700 square foot carport into two
bedrooms and one new bathroom providing a bedroom for each resident. We will also be replacing all the existing
windows with impact and replacing the HVAC.
Would this be a residential or commercial permit?
That BVD would this fall under?
Thank you
Brian McLam
