The project scope of work will be to convert an existing 385 square foot garage into one bedroom and a laundry room, enclosing an existing 700 square foot carport into two bedrooms and one new bathroom providing a bedroom for each resident. We will also be replacing all the existing windows with impact and replacing the HVAC. Would this be a residential or commercial permit? That BVD would this fall under?
