Please be advised that M L Engineering, Inc. has been retained to provide Special Inspection
services for the concrete balcony repairs as indicated on the design and repair plans dated May 9,
2016.
Copies of all inspection reports and final certification will be forwarded to all respective parties
including the St. Lucie County Building Department.

Dear Mr. Peterson:
This letter shall serve as certification that to the best of our knowledge, the structural repairs for
the referenced project above have been completed in substantial conformance with the design
documents and specifications and as duly noted in our field reports.
Threshold inspection for the above referenced project was performed on October 31s`, 2016 and a
final inspection on December 14`h, 2016. Copies of all field reports were distributed to the
Property Management, General Contractor and to the St. Lucie County Building Department.
