Unit 801 — Reinforcing at the ceiling spalls along the east and west balcony are exposed and in
serviceable condition. The reinforcing at the west balcony will require further chipping to chase
the corrosion. This will require going into the unit and removing the sliding glass door. The area
of repair is approximately 7 square feet.
Unit 801 - east balcony
Once all corrosion is chased to clean reinforcing, bars shall be power tool cleaned and primed
with a corrosion inhibitor as per specifications. Allow for the primer to dry one full day and then
patch with repair mortar.
