I would like to follow up on our phone conversation yesterday. I eluded to a communication deficiency and feel
it would be better for us to communicate in written form.
You informed me yesterday that an electrical permit needs to be applied for, issued, inspected an finalized.
Ocean Resorts, through their Electrical Contractor, will be responsible for this task.
I need you to clarify all the requirements that need to be fulfilled so Al Elevators can install the equipment
specified. The equipment drawings where included in my approved application. I will collect Al Elevators
license verification along with insurance binder naming the County as the insured and Workers Comp.
Certification/ Exemption. Does this information need to be sent to D. Isenhour and/ or on a subcontractor form?
I am at a loss to comprehend the "sticker on the equipment" you are requiring. Would you please specify what
the sticker is, what criteria the sticker needs to fulfill and where it needs to be located on the equipment and any
and all other requirements I need to fulfill so I can present the project for final inspection.
