The permit scope was initially made for repairs to a specific number of units that were listed in the permit application. The units listed were from the 2nd floor up to the 15th floor. Actual repair work included the 1st and 2nd floors. We have attached a matrix that shows the units included on the above permit and those that need to added to the above permit. Inspection reports were submitted with cover letters listing all the units where repairs were made and that we inspected and approved.
