We are attempting to close the above referenced permit for concrete repairs to
the Empress condominium. The permit scope was initially made for repairs to a specific
number of units that were listed in the permit application. The units listed were from the
2nd floor up to the 151h floor. Actual repair work included the 1st and 2nd floors. We have
attached a matrix that shows the units included on the above permit and those that
need to added to the above permit.
Inspection reports were submitted with cover letters listing all the units where
were made and that we inspected and approved.
