These permits were for minor repairs on the units as stated on the permit card with minor tile repairs. We will need new permit applications w/ new N of C's for each permit in your name. Are you still using Villamizar as your P.E.. I will note each permit for the up -coming modifications. A1A, Fort Pierce, Florida 34940. This project start as a painting job w/some minor concrete repairs, we got contracted as a subcontractor by Munyan Painting and Waterproofing to do those repairs, but since this project start growing and adding more concrete, soffit repairs and post tension repairs that will be done by General Building Services as our Sub -contractor. Munyan, Treasure Cove and Daniello agreed to transfer the permit 7 + to Daniello and Associates, Inc, for us to be a general contractbr in this project, since we are a concrete restoration company. 1 need to know if I need to submit any other paperwork.
