Dear Building Official:
CALTROP Corporation performed field observations of the AT&T telecommunication facility located at
the above -referenced site. The purpose of these observations was to inspect the following:
Removal of three existing antennas.
Installation of three proposed antennas.
Installation of one proposed surge suppression unit.
The installation of the above -mentioned items were visually inspected and compared with the approved
construction drawings by USA Engineering dated June 17, 2016. Based on these observations and to the
best of my knowledge and belief, the above -described construction of all structural load -bearing
components complies with the permitted documents.
