• Two (2) refrigeration line set (one for the existing heat pump)
• Two (2) drain fine connection: (one for the existing heat pump)
• One (1) wall mount condenser stands.
• One (1) Line Cover
• One (1) new pan (one for the existing heat pump)
• Seal room
• One year service contract.
• Permit provided with this proposal..
2. Not included in this proposal:
• Not responsible for any existing code violations beyond the scope of this proposal.
• Fire alarm connections.
• Painting.
• Electrical connections
3. All work to be performed during regular working hours between 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM excluding
holidays and overtime.

All additional work performed shall be paid for at the rate of $83.00 per regular working hour. Additional materials used in the
work shall be paid for at our normal rates.

Desvriptior, of work or service:
1. We have included furnishing and installing:
a. Main line safety switch with rejection clips and RK5 fuse. (Size of disconnect is based on existing Motor sizes)
b. Tvss Surge protectors
c. New cab car light safety switches.
d. Code compliance machine room light fixtures with protective covers
I e. GFI receptacles in machine room.
1. GM receptacles in each pit.
g. New hoist way lights in each pt.
h. Phone Conduit will wire only
i. Dedicated earth grounds per elevator machine room
j. Standby Air Condition connection to emergency circuit (adder price a/c see below)
k. Signal wires 10 the existing ATS (connections by others)
I. Status or lobby panel conduit with pull string
M. Permit provided with this proposal (please allow 4 weeks after the owner information is submitted for permitting)
n. Price is Base once -using main line feeders. (Based on existing motor sizes)
o. Proposal is base on information to us from the building any work beyond the scope of this proposal will have
additional cost.

a. fire alarm
b. shunt trip relays connected to the existing fire alarm
c. Not responsible for existing code violation.
3. All work is to be done on regular working hours between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM excluding holidays and overtime. Included is one
(1) night shut down of elevators. -
