The inspection plan and scope of work are outlined in the CSM documents. My threshold building special inspector number is 2072; firm registration #26001. I will be sending you copies of the final inspection. reportlor final completion certification letter when the project is completed (as this is a small restoration project). The following general sequence of inspection work: 1. Inspection of concrete surface after demolition or spall removal. 2. Inspection of forming, shoring, bar coating, re -bar replacement, concrete slump, etc..... 3. Concrete pouring and final completion of repair areas. Should you have any questions, please contract me.
