I, F. David Shiver am the engineer of record for the tower retrofit design for the Landfill tower.
Pictures of the installed retrofit were provided for my review by Mr. Kyle Ingram of Clifton Tower
Service, Inc.
To the best of my knowledge, the work was found to be in general accordance with the Sheet
Nos. S-0, S-1 and S-2 dated March 14, 2016 and revised on April 15, 2016 as prepared by
Amec Foster Wheeler, Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. under the 2014 Florida Building Code.
