This letter shall serve as certification that to the best of our knowledge, the structuralrepairs
have been constructed in substantial conformance with the design documents and specifications
and as duly noted in our field reports.
Threshold inspections for the above referenced project were performed from October 3`d; 2016
through December 23`d, 2016. Copies of all field reports were distributed to the Property
Management, Engineer of Record, General Contractor and to the St. Lucie County Building
Department.

1. Attached please find a copy of permit #1710-0171 for unit 1101 that was
FINALED on 10-17-07
2. Concerning unit 1006: this unit WAS on the original drawings submitted
to the bldg. department. Work was completed on this unit as shown on
the Engineers final report to the bldg. department. No work was
completed on unit 1008
