CONCLUSION/ This roof covering is within the acceptable range of moisture content. Note that a TAS 126 moisture survey applies to the roof covering only, and does not refer to the LWC. However, high Levels of moisture (over 30%) were found in the lightweight concrete. Per Sect.1521.12 of the 2014 building code testing for moisture content in lightweight concrete, gypsum or cementitious wood fiber decks is not required. It is possible to dry out the lightweight concrete by installing one-way vents every 1,000 square feet. CONCLUSION • This roof covering is within the acceptable range of moisture content. Note that a TAS 126 moisture survey applies to the roof covering only, and does not refer to the LWC. However, low levels of moisture (below 30%) were found in the lightweight concrete and are within industry standards. Per Section 1521.12 testing for moisture content in lightweight concrete, gypsum or cementitious wood fiber is not required. • The two (2) cores collected during re -test at grid lines3-E and 3-H showed.that lightweight concrete and roof system was removed and replaced with new Single ply TPO over Polyiso insulation board • Result of gravimetric analysis: Acceptable moisture content in the Polviso board. • Original report was issued on August 41h. 2016 APPROVED LABORATORY ENGINEER Randall Fowler, P.E.
