I, F. David Shiver am the engineer of record for the A/E services associated with construction of
a new guyed tower site located off Range Line Road in Port Saint Lucie, FL. Amec Foster
Wheeler E&I provided a geotechnical report for the new guyed tower site in order to perform a
design for the guyed tower foundation, shelter foundation, generator foundation, fuel tank
foundation, fence post footings, and ice bridge footings.
