David Shiver am the engineer of record for the A/E services associated with construction of a new guyed tower site located off Range Line Road in Port Saint Lucie, FL. I was provided with photos of the ice -bridge during construction by Mr. Troy Melnick director of operations for Carrick Contracting Corporation, Inc. for my review. To the best of my knowledge, the work was found to be in general accordance with the A/E constructions drawings dated September 8, 2016 as prepared by Amec Foster Wheeler, Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. under the 2014 Florida Building Code.
