Comment: SEE ATTACHED SIGN REGULATION OF THE GROUND SIGN (ST LUCIE COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT
CODE CHAPTER 9.02.01 (D) GROUND SIGNS. THE EXISTING SITE PLAN INDICATES THE SIGN IN THE
TRIANGULAR AREA. THE SIGN IS NOT MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE INSIDE THE TRIANGULAR
AREA. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE SITE PLAN, INDICATE THE 20'BY 20' TRIANGULAR AREA AT THE
CORNER OF LOOP RD AND ORANGE ON THE SITE PLAN. LOCATE THE CORRECT LOCATION OF THE SIGN
OUTSIDE THE TRIANGULAR AREA WITH SETBACKS. THE EDGE OF THE SIGN FACE OR THE BASE OF THE
SIGN WHICHEVER WILL BE CLOSER TO THE PROPERTY LINE, WILL NEED TO MEETA MIN. OF 18" FROM
THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE.
