My threshold building special inspector number is 2072; firm registration #26001. 1 will be sending you copies of the final inspection report/or final completion certification letter when the project is completed. The following general sequence of inspection work: 1. Inspection of concrete surface after demolition or spall removal. 2. Inspection of forming, shoring, bar coating, re -bar replacement, concrete slump, etc..... 3. Concrete pouring and final completion of repair areas.
