As long as they do not need to remove any additional trees for the replacement they do not need anything further from
us. I checked their site.plan approval and it did not include a requirement for an opaque fence so they are good to go.

Above permit is for a commercial fence. They are replacing existing wood fence with green chain link fence with green
slats, 6 feet high and 5 gates. Do they need anything from your Department?
