Tony, we can accept credit card payment and email your permit and inspection card to you. As for your
stamped field set of plans, Debra Zampetti will be in touch with you for permit payment, and you can
speak with her to discuss payment and arrangement to mail your approved plans.

Tony, 1 received the UPS containing Special Inspectors report on the tower modifications for permit
#16o9-oz43. These are approved and entered into our system, and I can final this permit when your Notice
of Commencement, recorded with the Cleric of Courts in St Lucie County, is received. This recorded copy
can be faxed or emailed to me.

Per our conversation, I enclosed 2 sets of plans on repair the base of the tower as well as
the permit application. An NOC is in the works and I will record it as soon as I get it.
