Roof System. A. Demo: Remove existing wood shake shingles underlayment and drip edge. B. Replace: Install ice shield underlayment, 90 lb peel and stick. C. Install aluminum drip edge. D. Install wood shake shingles. ITEM COST: NOTE: Plywood sheeting appears to be in good useable condition and not addressed in bid. All work to be completed in a professional manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above involving extra costs will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Payment Schedule: 15% upon signing contract, 50% due upon commencement, balance upon completion. Interest of 1.5% will be charged on any outstanding balances after 30 days. Payments can either be made in cash or by check written out to the above named business.
