Mr. Hustle will supply all labor, material and equipment to complete the following:
Roof Repair:
Remove and replace hardware.
IA. All hurricane strapping is (corroded and rusting galvanized strapping and nails).
Replace with new marine grade 316 stainless steel strapping and screws.
ITEM COST: S
NOTE:If we are required to remove plywood sheeting to install original type of hurricane strapping
there will be an additional cost and HOA will be notified.
B. Remove and replace existing galvanized through bolts supporting perimeter joist/header
support beams. New bolts will be 5/8" X 12"+\- marine grade stainless steel 316 Hex bolts. (8)
ITEM COST: $
2. Roof System.
A. Demo: Remove existing wood shake shingles underlayment and drip edge.
B. Replace: Install ice shield underlayment, 90 lb peel and stick.
C. Install aluminum drip edge.
D. Install wood shake shingles.
ITEM COST:
NOTE: Plywood sheeting appears to be in good useable condition and not addressed in bid.
All work to be completed in a professional manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or
deviation from above involving extra costs will become an extra charge over and above the estimate.
Payment Schedule: 15% upon signing contract, 50% due upon commencement, balance upon
completion. Interest of 1.5% will be charged on any outstanding balances after 30 days. Payments
can either be made in cash or by check written out to the above named business. I agree to pay all
reasonable attorney fees and court costs should it become necessary for Mr. Hustle Inc. to use legal
means to collect payment on this contract. If Credit Card is used for payment there will be a 3%
surcharge added to your bill.

RE: Crossover — Replace Decking, railing steps and Benches
Mr. Hustle will supply all labo and equipment to complete the following:
1. Remove and dispose of all existing decking, railing, benches and stair threads, and fascia and
Remove, load, haul and dispose of all: ITEM COST: '
2_ Install additional stringers placed to meet 12" on centers per manufacturer's specification.
Includes new stair stringers. The existing middle stringer will be moved and turned over to
create the 12" on center. Mr. Hustle is supplying the additional new stringers only

Benches will have to have additional supports to comply composite material.

similar to existing design faced and capped in composite material.

Permitting: Acquire and fill out all paperwork for repair permit on existing $ dock.

New Rule for St. Lucie County will need a survey of property showing dock.
NOTE:HOA will be supplying all material for dune crossover, decking railing , stairs and hardware.

NOTE: Composite material is sold at cost plus 15% overhead.
