the above referenced location. CSM Engineers will act as the Engineer of Record.
Structural work will involve balcony, column, wall, and railing restoration per the Inspection Report
and Bid Package by CSM Engineers, both dated April-2015. Other miscellaneous work will include
painting and sealing of balconies.
My threshold building special inspector number is 2072; firm registration #26001.
I will be sending you copies of the inspection dates, units, and final completion certification letter
when the project is completed. CSM will provide the final "as -built" documents. The following is the
inspection plan:
1. Inspection of concrete surface and re -bars after demolition or spall removal.
2. Inspection of shoring and re -shoring.
3. Inspection of bar replacement and coatings.
4. Inspection of forming and bar cover.
5. Final tile and painting finish completion.

I have hired the firm of CSM Engineering to perform inspections of the work being done
on our Balconies. They are responsible to see that the contractor is using the proper
materials for these repairs. They also are responsible for inspections before the repairs
are filled in.
