For chair lift to be installed, the upper deck and railing needs to be shortened by 12 inches horizontally. The
existing concrete deck will need to be extended by 12 inches to fill void from shortened deck. The actual foot
print of the lift, where it sits on the existing concrete deck, will be removed so that 5000 psi concrete can be
poured, which is the required foundation for the equipment.
