The purpose of this letter is to address the match -up of the indoor air handling unit
with the outdoor condensing units for the split DX air conditioning system at the
above address.
The indoor air handling unit / coil being installed is a Trane model TWE061100A,
rated at 5 tons (two 2.5 ton circuits), and the outdoor condensing units being
installed are two Trane model 4TTR403OL1000A rated at 2.5 tons each.
These are manufacturer recommended corresponding equipment being installed
together and the outdoor condensing units are an acceptable match -up for cooling
capacity and inter -operability with the indoor air handling unit (with proper
expansion device).
This manufacturer matched equipment should provide the minimum system
efficiency required by the 2014, 51h Edition FBC Energy Conservation Code.
