As requested, a Universal Engineering Sciences Technician was present at the above referenced project
site for the purpose of concrete testing for the Footing for retaining wall.
While on site, the technician observed the general condition of the areas to be tested and cast 1 set(s) of
4 - 4 x 8 specimen(s) for compressive strength testing. The concrete tested on this day was found to be in
accordance with the project plans and specifications with regard to batch time, slump, and temperature.
This test(s) was performed without deviation from ASTM procedure.
This report shall not be reproduced, except in full, without the written approval of Universal Engineering Sciences.
