This letter is to certify that CSM Engineering, LLC (Engineer of Record) and Breitenbach Engineering, Inc. (Threshold Building Special
Inspector) have provided the ongoing inspections at the Oceana II North Condominium. To the best of my knowledge and observation
the Contractor has satisfactorily completed the work per CSM Engineering drawings dated April 2016.

June 2016 - 7, 10, 14, 20
August 2016 - 1, 3, 4, 8, 9, 12, 16, 22, 24, 25
September 2016 - 7, 8, 12, 13, 20, 22, 23, 27
October 2016 -11, 12, 14, 22, 28, 31
November 2016 - 3, 7, 21, 28, 29, 30
December 2016 -2, 7, 12, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21, 22
January 2017 - 5, 12, 13, 20, 24, 25, 30
February 2017 - 2, 14, 15, 28
March 2017 - 6
All concrete was poured 24 hours after each inspection as per ICRI code requirements.
