Please know I personally observed the remodeling work of the above Project and address and found the
workmanship to meet or surpass the requirements of the Florida Building Code 2014, Florida Plumbing
Code 2014, the NEC 2011.

The observations included field and construction progress photographs of the slab -trench cutting and the
slab repair, the plumbing rough -in and finishing, the electrical revisions, new wall framing, drywall
installation and finishing.
All were found satisfactory to this office
