PUBLIC NOTICE OF MACHINE RECOUNT
BY THE ST LUCIE COUNTY CANVASSING BOARD

NOTICE is hereby given that the St. Lucie County Canvassing
Board has ordered a machine recount in the County Commissioner
District 1 race. The St. Lucie County Canvassing Board will meet on
11:00 am on November 6, 2020 to conduct the recount. The Canvassing
Board will meet at 8:oo am on every subsequent date until the recount is
complete.
The recount will occur at the Supervisor of Elections Office, 4132
Okeechobee Road, Mall Entrance 3, Fort Pierce, FL 34947. The
recount will be open to the public.
Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal decisions made at
this recount they will need a record of the proceedings and for such
purpose they need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceeding is made,
which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be
based.
Persons with disabilities requiring reasonable accommodations to
participate should call the Supervisor of Elections Office at 772-462-
1500, as soon as possible.
This notice is provided pursuant to F.S. 101.041 and F.S. 286.0105,
and has been posted pursuant to F.A.C. Rule 1 S-2.031.
