I have performed a site inspected on the Footer pour on 11/19/16 at the Island Pine Golf
Course, Fort Pierce FL 34951. Based upon my inspection of the Footer Installation, I have
determined that the Footer Foundation has been installed as per approved county plans and
the 2014 FBC 5th Edition standards.
