St. Lucie Count,
Thank you for your time and review efforts for this project. We shall comply with all Building
requirements as shown on revised drawings and annotated below:
Plans Examiner:
Item 1 & 2- Please see the attached revised Drawing A-1, Code Summary, and the noted change
from Group A-2 to Group B. All work shall comply with the FBC 2014 /2012 FAC.
Item 3- The kitchen exhaust hood shall be submitted under a separate permit as noted on revised
Drawing A-1 notations.
Item 4- The interior finish table 803.9 is for minimum required Class of materials- I believe it is
prudent to exceed the Class rating and limit the flame spread since it is still a restaurant...
Therefore, I would like to leave the "Class B" as the minimum, regardless of the Use
reclassification.
Thank you for your aid in the success of this project.
Sincerely,
Garcia Seufert Architect, I

Melanie,

I want to go on record that the power for an interior buildout at 903 Prima Vista cannot be turned on at this time. The
contractor still has over half the inspections remaining on the interior buildout of the pizza place. The only electrical
inspection preformed was the rough electric.
A separate permit was issued to a different contractor (not the one doing the buildout) for a new service that has a
meter bank with 5 meters (permit was for 3 bays and a billboard). That service was inspected and has a partial approval
until they do a revision adding a description for what the other meters are for. That does not mean the units that the
new service was meant to supply power are safe and ready to be powered up. When the interior build out has been
inspected and is ready for power we will send FPL,an email that the units are safe an ready for power we will send them
to FPL one for each unit when ready.
If you get any more inquiries about the power you can share this email with
questions feel free to contact me.
Thankyou

Good morning,
Carl, I returned the phone call yesterday to Mr. Charles Ray [ attorney ] representing Mr. Calandrillo ,
the owner of the plaza. He wants Marcos Pizza to be opened with some sort of agreement regarding the septic issue. I
explained all of the other ongoing issues to him including un-completed permits for the shell work, incomplete parking
and landscaping, no Fire Department finals and the health hazards of connecting to an old septic system of which the St
Lucie County Health Department says is not capable of handling any additional waste water and this plaza must connect
to the central sewer system.
I would not consent to anything except for what is stated . Mr. Ray said that he understood and is on
our side however is representing the owner and their concern is Marco's Pizza.
He said that he will be conversing with you on Thursday per the direction of the County Attorneys . Mr. Ray has spoken
to the Health Department directly and there will be no letter issued by them to connect to the existing system.
Respectfully
