BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT TR ST FUND
NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 253.115, Florida Statutes, that the Board
of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund has received an application 56-
0447713-001-El from St Lucie County Board of County Commissioner c/o George
Landry, requesting a sovereignty submerged land lease appurtenant to the applicant's
riparian ownership on the North Fork of the St. Lucie River, 27°22'26.5143" x -
80021'12.6538" St. Lucie County, Waterbody Class III, within North Fork of the St.
Lucie River for the purpose of installing a 2' HDPE water line for a distance of 278 In. ft.
under the North Fork of the St. Lucie River. Anyone interested in reviewing the entire
application for the proposed activity may do so at:
