Annual Appraisal of Bear Point – The Acquisitions Department requested 3 quotes – The bid was awarded to Fuller-Armfield-Wagner Appraisal & Research Inc. on November 16, 2016. The Work
Authorization is being routed for signature and the Notice to Proceed has been issued. Total cost for the appraisal is $2,300
