AGENDA ITEM #3 —Petition of Outfront Media, LLC for two variances from the provisions of Section
9.02.02(D) & (G)—Billboards of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code. The applicant's request is to
replace an existing billboard with a new 45 foot high, double face, LED billboard that will exceed the
maximum 35 foot height requirement and install the new billboard that will be located within a 200 foot
radius of a Planned Unit Development.

to time as may be necessary to a date -certain.
