• Annual Appraisal of Bear Point — The Acquisitions Department requested 3
quotes — The bid was awarded to Fuller-Armfield-Wagner Appraisal &
Research Inc. on November 16, 2016. The Work Authorization is being routed
for signature and the Notice to Proceed has been issued. Total cost for the
appraisal is $2,300
6. Credit Sales, Reservations and Ledger Debits
• Gus Wong Purchased .20 Dual Credits
• .12 State Credits, for the All Aboard Florida project, have been debited from
the State ledger
• .20 State Credits, for the Moorings Yacht Club project, have been debited from
the State ledger
7. Available Credits
• Federal Credits — 7.20
• State Credits — 8.30
8. Bear Point Budget
• Pooled Cash — $637,487.19 - $31,964.00 was reallocated for the Mitigation
Bank FY 17 budget - $2,648.33 interest allocation for September 2016
