HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice for Website and to be posted - BOA - 5150 N A1A - display not legal section4V41mia Lu NOTICE OF MEETING BY COMMUNICATIONS MEDIA TECHNOLOGY As a result of the public health emergency that exist in the State of Florida as a consequence of the COVID-19 coronavirus, in light of the guidelines established by the Center for Disease Control for the protection of all members of the community, and with the authority granted by Executive Orders issued by Governor Ron DeSantis, St. Lucie County Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals gives notice that they will conduct a hearing of an appeal by the owner of the property of 5050 North Highway A1A using communications media technology on June 17, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, Roger Poitras Annex, 3rd Floor, St. Lucie County Administration Building, 2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida. The public will be able to physically attend this meeting but seating in the Chambers will be regulated to comply with social distancing protocols. Members of the public who do attend are encouraged to wear masks or similar devices, which cover the nose and mouth. St. Lucie County is committed to promoting transparency and engaging the public in all crucial County decisions. Any person who decides to appeal any action taken by the Board at these meetings will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made. Upon the request of any party to the proceedings, individuals testifying during a hearing will be sworn in. Any party to the proceedings will be granted the opportunity to cross-examine any individual testifying during a hearing upon request.
