NOTICE
Groundbreaking Ceremony for the new
Port St. Lucie Branch Library
Port St. Lucie FL — 07/24/2025 — The St. Lucie County Board of County
Commissioners is pleased to announce a groundbreaking ceremony on
Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM, to mark the official start of
construction for the new Port St. Lucie Branch Library located at 180 South
Prima Vista Boulevard, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983.
This new state-of-the-art facility will provide the community of St. Lucie
County with expanded resources, innovative learning spaces, and enhanced
access to information and technology. This project represents a significant
investment in the future of our community and our commitment to literacy,
education, and lifelong learning.
Two or more St. Lucie County Commissioners may be present at this event,
as well as members of the Friends of the Library and Library Advisory Board.
