For valley applications, the roll shall be applied centered along the valley prior to installing the undedayment at the eave. For eave protection, the undedayment should extend to a point 24-inches inside the exterior wall. The underlayment shall be installed over metal drip edge at the eave, and under the drip edge at the rake or valley pan when used as a valley liner.
