5. AFTER REMOVALS AND EDGE CONDITIONING ARE
COMPLETE, REMOVE BOND INHIBITING MATER14LS (DIRT,
CONCRETE SLURRY, LOOSELY BONDED AGGREGATES) BY
ABRASIVE BLASTING OR HIGH PRESSURE WATERBLASTING
