The purpose of these observations was to inspect the following: 1. Relocation of three existing antennas. 2. Installation of three proposed antennas. 3. Relocation of six existing Remote Radio Units (RRUs). 4. Installation of three proposed RRUs. 5. Installation of one proposed distribution unit. 6. Installation of one proposed hybrid cable. The installation of the above -mentioned items was visually inspected and compared with the approved construction drawings by CALTROP Corporation dated November 14, 2016. Based on these observations and to the best of my knowledge and belief, the above -described construction of all structural load -bearing components complies with the permitted documents.
